1. Grant of License

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or organization obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to install, use, and modify the Software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions.

JimRan Software reserves the right to release future versions of the Software under different license terms. Any version of the Software obtained under this license (v1.0) may continue to be used under the terms of this license in perpetuity, regardless of changes to future versions.
